📈 Trend Structure Lines
Auto-drawn on every chart from the loaded bars (standard swing-pivot detection) — the four lines together trace a trend's full structure:
- Higher-Highs — connects each swing high that beats the last one (uptrend's resistance)
- Higher-Lows — connects each swing low that beats the last one (uptrend's rising support)
- Lower-Highs — connects each swing high that undercuts the last one (downtrend's falling resistance)
- Lower-Lows — connects each swing low that undercuts the last one (downtrend's support)
Whichever pair (Higher-Highs+Higher-Lows, or Lower-Highs+Lower-Lows) most recently set a new extreme is treated as the dominant trend — the other pair, if present, is a retracement inside that trend rather than a confirmed reversal, and always draws dotted to mark it as such, regardless of the style picked below. A chip above the chart reads "⏳ Building: …" when an enabled line doesn't have enough swing-pivot structure yet to draw (needs 2+ points). Every enabled line extends live to the current price (refreshed with every live tick) instead of stopping a few bars short. When both Higher-Highs and Lower-Lows are enabled, a short violet dashed line auto-bridges the most recent confirmed low and high — the swing leg that just ended the latest retracement, marking where price changed direction. The Smoothing control sets how many bars either side are required to confirm a swing pivot — raise it to filter out minor wiggles and keep only larger, cleaner swings; lower it for a more sensitive structure that reacts to smaller moves.
🎯 Touch Price is a second, simpler pair of lines below the swing-pivot ones above — the raw Touch High/Low lines trace every bar's own high/low directly, no swing-pivot filtering, so they actually touch the top and bottom of price on every bar instead of the sparser confirmed-pivot points. The smoothed variant runs the same high/low through a short moving average for a cleaner read, shown alongside the raw lines so you can compare both.
🕯 Candle Colors
